Cancellation, Processing & Shipping

Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.

- Processing: Orders typically take up to 3 working days to process.

- Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. 

  - UK Customers: Orders are shipped with Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service.

  - International Customers: Orders are shipped with an international tracked/signed service and duration depends on the destination.

- Refunds and Exchanges: All items can be refunded or exchanged if they show no signs of being worn or used.

- Exceptions:

  - Sale items are non-refundable.

  - Briefs or any items purchased with briefs are non-refundable.

- Customs and Duties: We take no responsibility for any customs, import, or duty charges incurred.

- Returned Orders: If an order is returned for any reason, the customer has three months to contact us for resending. After three months, we reserve the right to discard the order, and no refund will be given.
