Refunds, returns and exchanges policy

Due to hygiene laws we do not accept returns or exchanges on Briefs, Thongs, Sets purchased with Briefs, Bodysuits, Shorts or any underwear garments. 

Please note that we only accept returns for an exchange or credit note only. 


Only genuine requests for returns will be considered. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt via email. All items must then be sent* to the address provided on contact within 7 days. 

All returns must be in a condition free from signs of being worn or used in order for returns to be eligible. 

We will confirm via email that we have received your items which will then be reviewed by our team and an outcome decided. We will then notify you of the outcome of your request. 

Please note sale items are non returnable. 

*You are solely responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return items. For security reasons we recommend all returns are posted signed for or tracked. We accept no responsibility for returning items during the shipping process.  


Please note exchanges may take between 1-2 weeks to be completed as we are a handmade service. 

Should the item requested be unavailable a gift voucher or credit note will be provided. 


Refunds can only be granted If we deem the product to be faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of reviewed outcome.
