Cancellation, Processing & Shipping


Cancellation

We offer a strict 24 hour cancellation period from the time of the placed order. All cancellation requests made after the 24 hour period will not be granted. You must complete the form stated to your left in order to be considered for a cancellation. After 24 hours we are unable to change any aspect of the order placed. 

Processing 

All products are handmade on a first come first serve basis once your order is received.  *Pre-Order* garments will take longer to arrive- please email for an approx delivery date. Please note processing time will vary depending upon demand at the time. 

Once an order has been sent and a tracking number has been given- It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they track their parcel all the way to their doorstep. Should a parcel be attempted, it is the customers responsibility to collect this item before this is returned back to us. We do not hold responsibility for order of which are returned back to us unsuccessfully.

UK CUSTOMERS
Standard Delivery- £4.50 (Dispatched within 14 working days)
Express Shipping- £39.99 (Dispatched within 5 working days) 

Last Guaranteed Shipping Date for Valentines Day delivery is the 3rd February (UK only)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 
Standard Shipping- £11

Please note that all items are sent with Royal Mail on a Signed For Basis. Please note that we hold no responsbility for items arriving on your doorstep. 

If the customer fails to receive their parcel after a delivery attempt is made, this will then be redirected back to us. When the goods have returned back to us here in the studio, we will be contact with you to arrive another delivery however this will incur an additional charge! We hold no responsibility for items lost, damaged or faulty due to Royal Mails service.
