Please note that all items are sent with Royal Mail and all dates given are an estimate due to the Royal Mail service.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or amended. 

 

DELIVERY T&C'S

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they track their parcel all the way to their doorstep. Should a parcel be attempted, it is the customers responsibility to collect this item before this is returned back to us. We do not hold responsibility for any orders which are returned back to us and a further postage charge will be added to re-send the parcel. 
*Please note that any customers purchasing outside of the UK may incur an import charge- this can vary depending on the country the goods are being delivered to. Please bare this in mind when ordering- as we are not liable for such costs and will not grant refunds. If a parcel is refused and returned, we cannot refund any items. 
Unfortunately we are unable to change any aspect of an order once it is placed. If the customer enters the wrong address we are unable to change this and your order will still be sent. We will ask for an extra charge to change your address to resend your parcel. 
DELIVERY ATTEMPT
If a delivery attempt is made or if your order is returned for any reason- for example: incomplete address: This will be redirected back to us. Should this happen, it is the customers responsibility to contact us to arrange a redelivery. In some cases, a further delivery charge may be required. If you fail to contact us within 3 months of your order being sent, then unfortunately we are unable to refund or resend your items. After 2 months Royal Mail discard of barcodes to reuse them for new customers and therefore after this date we are unable to know if your item has been successfully delivered. Therefore it is essential you keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure your pretty parcel arrives safely.
